A Great Getaway!

Wonderful venue and exceptional staff. The water has an unpleasant odor. The water softener is a negative for me personally. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Wonderful, Comfortable, and Fabulous Breakfasts!!!

The Oak Creek Lodge is a wonderful place to stay! Super comfortable rooms and beds, plenty of amenities, a game room, food and drinks always on hand...and the best breakfasts we’ve ever had at a B and B. We can’t wait to stay again the next time we’re visiting family in the area. Jeff and Tracie are wonderful, friendly, and really go above and beyond!

Fabulous Weekend Retreat!

What a wonderful hideaway for a relaxing vacation! Jeff, Tracie and Addison were the perfect hosts and made us feel welcome right away. No expense was spared when Jeff built this absolutely stunning homestead. The mattress in our room was very comfortable and the bath was furnished with everything we could need. Best nights sleep we'd had in a long time! Small touches did not go unnoticed... snacks in the kitchen, wildflowers in our room (The Addison), and hand painted denim on our wall with matching pillows. The area is situated on a quiet 10 acre nook with private airstrip (if needed!) which we were able to wander barefoot to across the backyard. Breakfasts were more than we expected... truly gourmet! We regrettably couldn't use the beautiful pool as the weather was too cold during our stay. The house was quiet, even with other guests staying there. We took easy daily jaunts to Birch Run, Bronner's and Bay City. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future!

Really happy with my stay here during a local festival I was attending. Lovely home, picturesque grounds, friendly owners, super-comfortable bed. Every note pitch perfect with terrific little bonuses like herbal tea choices and stocked beverage fridge available when we came in late on Saturday, not to mention the make-up remover facial cloth stocked in the private bathroom.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the country!

I loved my stay here! The whole lodge is lovely and located in a scenic country setting. The room was beautiful, the bed exceptionally comfortable, the sheets as soft as they come, and the pillows heavenly! There was a delightful balcony off my room so that I could go outside. The lodge is like a home away from home and I'd recommend it to anyone. The hosts were so friendly, and most accommodating. The home-made breakfast was delicious and they gave me a scone for the road. This was my first stay at a B&B and it couldn't have been better. The location was about a half hour from where I was visiting, but well worth the drive. I'd go there again if I'm ever in the vicinity.

Wedding Stay

My husband and I just stayed here with our family for my sisters wedding. We really enjoyed ourselves. The house is beautiful and spacious! The owners were so nice and welcoming. The rooms were comfy and the bathrooms all giant and spacious. Breakfast was super good and that's even coming from my picky husband! We will be back just to enjoy a romantic getting away for ourselves! Thank you Jeff and Tracie!

Delightful couple own this great bed and breakfast. Rooms and grounds very peaceful and serene. Breakfast was particularly good and the friendliness of the owners was outstanding. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! House is awesome and Jeff and Tracie are the nicest people. They make you feel right at home and the rooms are super clean and comfy. We stayed a night for our 10 year wedding anniversary and we will be back and will bring our kids next time!
