"Emion is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Hokkaido, although the location is a bit far from JR Sapporo, about 8 minutes walk from the under pathway. The hotel is very clean and provides the best amenities. I will definitely stay here again if I come to Sapporo again. Highly recommended!"

"Room dated. Stayed 2N. First night room has no air cond. At 2.30am, got up to open the window. Staff extremely rude. Staff ushered a guest to the reception while I was in line to be the next one ie staff Jump Q in the reception. Staff spoke limited English. Public bath on 14F has foreign object on ..."
