"It’s an old building. Guest rooms are very spacious but the AC is VERY strong! It still felt cold when I turned the AC off all night. Location is great! Lots of restaurants around in walking distance."

"Room large and kept clean by housekeeping Front desk service lets property down, seems to be complete lack of customer service training. Breakfast not worth taking. Immediate area serves local tastes but too limited for o/s tourists. For transport must rely on Dart App and drivers. A system that appears to work ok like Malaysian Grab. "

"This is a great location and walking distance to all the major monuments and transport and mall As there was construction on going there was some noise but staff had informed us beforehand. Breakfast options are great and would recommend "

"古いスタイルの豪華なホテル。プールもいつでも入れて、ショッピングモール直結。朝食もメインは日替わりで入れ替わる。チェックアウト前日は、部屋清掃をスキップされたがタオルは新しいのをくれました。部屋と同じフロアは、毎日イベント（結婚式）を、やっていましたが騒がしくはありません。スタッフの方は皆親切でした。また泊まりたい。"

"I was happy with my stay here - clean bathroom, spacious bedroom, friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance to the Royal Regalia Museum, the Saifuddien mosque & the Yayasan shopping mall. The hotel arranged for a private tour for me for a reasonable price which included the city tour & tour of Kampong Ayer & the mangove forest. There is also a complimentary shuttle to the Gadong Night Market. I would stay here again."
