Mandarin Hotel Managed by Centre Point
Room is fine but had to wait for the room until 2pm. Inflexible despite early check in requested. Check in staff at Reception very unfriendly especially a skinny elderly lady. Many exemption liabilities papers need to be signed by and agreed by me when check-in . Never experienced in my life.Shocking ...
