The hotel was clean and well-kept, and its location near many shops was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only issue was that the toilet paper rolls were quite small, and only one was provided; with three of us staying for four nights, we had to request additional rolls multiple times.

It's still in great shape, kept clean and the vibe is still calm and relaxed. It's so unusual to have a ground-level pool with landscaping and lounge chairs in a close-to-the-airport hotel, but this place is gorgeous and peaceful. Staff are extra accommodating and were able to get me into a room several hours early since I arrived on an early morning flight. Highly recommend!

This is a very basic hotel with limited facilities. The airport shuttle runs on a half hour cycle - it’s probably 10 mins to the airport, 5 mins to load/unload so 15 mins each way. Fine for return to the airport with the scheduled departures but on arrival at the airport, if it is full then it’s another 30’mins, so we ended up grabbing a cab. On checking in at 10pm the restaurant/bar was closed. All the corridors weren’t air conditioned and the AC was turned off in our room so it was 35C! It took a good 30 mins to cool the room down. The family room was actually 2 interconnecting rooms with the kids room having no door. So parents could end up with small kids locking the adults out and no way to get in. The rooms once cool were fine. Beds were quite hard but we had a reasonable sleep. So overall, you get what you pay for. It was adequate for a 9 hour layover but not much more
