Every member of the staff we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our visit special. A highlight of our trip was the thoughtful birthday fruit tray they prepared, which added such a personal and memorable touch. From check-in to check-out, the staff at Lumen Bangkok Srinakarin went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for. Their professionalism and kindness truly made our stay unforgettable. "I was concerned given other reviews. But would definitely stay there again. Staff were great, the airport shuttle is efficient and the little pack lunch we all got cos we checked out before breakfast was a pleasent surprise! Opps forgot to mention that we were upgraded! Win win "
