"Good place"

"It's a vast hotel. On arrival there weren't many check in staff available. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is huge. Shuttle bus is frequent but I wasn't made aware of where it picks you up in the arrivals terminal. Served it's purpose."

"Unfortunately, I found mold in my room. When I asked to switch they were accommodating, but the 2nd room also had mold. In the 2nd room, there was a leaky shower attachment that dripped tons of water onto the rim of the tub & floor. The laminate wood floors were peeling. I didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot. I can tell they do clean a lot but if it’s not properly sealed solid wood or stone tile, those cleaning products will eat away at the surface over time. Also, the gym vibe was very off. There were two workers in green track suits squatting in the middle of the gym floor with their phones plugged in while using them and playing videos. They were just there as a distraction more than adding to the vibe. As I said earlier, I had issue with two rooms and I didn’t have the energy to request a 3rd room. So I took a bath and checked out after 1 hr. When I went down to check out they asked if I can wait so they can check the room. Check for what exactly? Why would they not be more concerned that I’m leaving after reporting a couple issues? Because they insisted on delaying me on my checkout, I figured I would include that because I don’t ever get asked to stay behind for staff to check a room. And that was really not the best time to request that because I had already been highly frustrated. Maybe if I would’ve requested a 3rd room, things would’ve worked out - But I also think the whole vibe there just needs work. It does have potential to be better."
