Love this hotel!!

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms and comfy clean beds. I love this hotel and would stay here again next time. My mom loved it too, she lost her phone and one of the maintenance guy found it👍. My stay included a very nice buffett breakfast, all the foods were delicious. One thing though, this hotel has no wheelchair access to the lobby/ stairs are the only way, either you have to carry it all up by 2 people or through an employee entrance lift. Overall I would stay here again, hotel is very clean and love the rooms. Staffs are very friendly and very helpful as well👍

Noisy room and uncomfortable bed. Room is quite small and dark. Customer service is not up to international 5 star hotel. Food is ok with limited options.

정말 괜찮습니다. :-)

매우 만족했습니다. 와이파이 속도도 좋았고 침구 특히 베게가 편하고 좋았습니다. 룸서비스 음식이 조금 아쉬웠으나 커피도 맛나고 좋았습니다. 서비스도 좋았고 직원분들도 모두 친절하셨습니다. 스파도 매우 좋았습니다. 다음에 반둥을 가게 되면 다시 찾을 예정입니다. :-)

Nice hotel, love the pool

The staff at hotel is friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing, definitely I'll be back for my next trip. The gym needs more air conditioning, the rest is ok. The locations is not bad at all.
