"Best hospitality ever! The property is absolutely devine, it sits over the river has the most beautiful and peaceful views. The hotel has a mid-century modern style and the staff is excellent, they can answer most questions about the city, their culture and history. We highly recommend staying there. I personally would like to thank Jimmy for his hospitality and our lovely stay."

"We were greeted in a delightful way by Amalina who helped resolve an early mis-communicatiin. Throughout our stay Amalina and Nazifa were so helpful and friendly, over and above the call of duty. Our transport arrangements and trips were co-ordinated efficiently by Ziman who again was quite delightful. The room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious We loved the pool and its surroundings."

"I booked one night for a flight transit. One important tip: request the airport shuttle before your flight lands at Brunei Airport. They’ll send you an online link to fill in, and you’ll need to provide your flight number and estimated arrival time. As a Hong Kong passport holder, I entered Brunei without a visa. Still, complete the e-arrival card before you land and have it ready at immigration. The driver was already waiting when I arrived and gave me a warm welcome. He was friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out the night market and food mall along the way to the hotel. At reception, the staff were courteous and helpful — they handed over the room key and walked me to my room. There are three kittens in the lobby, though they’re a bit shy around people. My room is a queen-sized bedroom in the adjacent building, about a thirty-second walk from reception. I’d describe the hotel as a little dated, but very clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding. They provide a kettle for boiling water complimentary bottles of water, and a fridge. For the bathroom, there’s a spacious stand-up shower. They also offer a great free breakfast with coffee and tea, orange juice, milk, toast, bread, nasi, sausage, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, salad, and more. With that room rent and location, no complains at all."

"The Good: It was fantastic to have a private space where we could rest, charge devices, get clean and sleep between flights. Will definitely do this again. The 'Bad': The bathroom was fine but there was no hand soap at the sink and some dribbles of soap from dispenser over the bath which made me wonder about how thoroughly it had been cleaned. I didn't have an issue with the coldness of the room but maybe I would have been cold if I was in the bed alone. If you're sensitive to noise you might want earplugs as you can distantly hear some of the announcements. Room to Improve It would be great to be able to access the departures info from inside the room. Also the booking system is a bit off putting because you have to book an overnight when you only want a few hours and it's not clear if the check in/out times will work until after booking. Overall though, I would definitely recommend staying here if you have a reasonably long layover."
