Room corridor is hot due to the air conditioning compressors mounted on the outside along the corridor. It makes the corridor extra hot on a warm day when walking back or out of the room. Other than that, for the price, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Good for short getaway. Room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Best thing about this hotel that all rooms have both sea and pool view. Swimming pool is big enough. Breakfast should be improved as it have same menu two days in a row during my stay and my last visit last year.

The room is big as we got the suite. There are 2 king size bed with 2 bathroom. They keep it clean but furniture has cracks which we are fine but there are many dead bees. At balcony and corridor. Hotel staff try to sweep of every morning but there are still..alot. quite scary.

The kopitiam restaurant was replaced with a western/burger restaurant. Prefer the Kopitiam restaurant because the menu have more variety compare to just western food. That is the only disappointment.

This property is abit rundown and many powerpoints in the room are spoilt. Breakfast acceptable. Plus point, property near beach.

We stayed in family deluxe room cos got door access to beach and pool. But can’t lock the door facing beach. So got to go out from main door. The hotel said that for security reasons they can’t supply keys to garden door. Doesn’t make sense to stay in that category room then

It is a pleasant place to be, however I think it can be better well maintained as it does look a wee bit run down. Great for family and friends for short getaway.

Love the view and its our go to place there.. but disappointed due to the electricity black out at night. Woken up to heat and stuffiness.. otherwise our stay would have been excellent.

This my second stay and different management.Love the newly revamped room and loo.Simple and spacious. Parking,facilities and amenities is superb.Love the Chef's Potato Bechamel via the sumptuous breakfast spread. Just need to service my room's air cond. Everything else is pristine..Keep it up!:)

Nothing customer support.
No open gate for parking space where was informed by counter girl. Air conditioner is failed. We couldnt sleep well. Swimming pool is not available for convenience time.

Best Desaru Road Trip.
Awesome trip. All the staffs were friendly and the food was awesome. The facilities and views are superb. One of my best resort experiences. Will definitely come again.

The worst hotel service and property I have stayed in for 10 years. They tried to cancel my booking (insisting I give my credit card details by WhatsApp or bank transfer or they would cancel because they could sell it for more, even after I insisted I was coming and, per booking, pay on arrival), bad service, poor food and badly taken care of.

Our room was assign far end from the reception, my mother which have walking difficulties had difficulties walking to the room but they just told us no nearer room available, Ordered room service food, fish smells bad. Wouldn't want to stay here anymore. Bad experience.

I'm so disappoint with my stay. The moment i step in the room it was dirty, smelly toilet, bed was dusty, rusty everywhere in the toilet, the sink was not clean, the rainshower was dirty and stain everywhere. The buffet breakfast was horrible. I will not come back to this hotel again.

It was just an average hotel.. the location and the pool was awesome. Right on the beach. But the food and cleanliness is terrible. Breakfast was just bad, food is tasteless. My room had blood stain on the shower curtain and had stains on the sheet. It didn’t really bother me cos I was only sleeping on one of the beds but if I had another person sleeping on the stained sheet, that would be unacceptable. Room service only changed the sheet but didn’t clean the bathroom and the rest of the room. The balcony is nice, overlooking the beach but filthy.
