The staff at the breakfast restaurant was so helpful and attentive despite being extremely busy and so willing to help. Lily at check-in was so welcoming as were the other ladies. "I have nothing to complain about the hotel stay recently during April 2024. The staff are so polite and helpful, food was so good at the breakfast area and room was very clean and spotless. Bed is firm and with pillows that came in soft and firm. Swimming pool was a bit small but it was clean. "

Here are some of our highlights: - the rooms and facilities are well-maintained - the staff were warm and friendly, very quickly addressing any issues or requests (e.g. item refills, queries about facilities, help with collection of food delivery) - excellent breakfast buffet spread (specifically the freshness of salad and fruits is amazing, since these are directly procured from the Desaru farms nearby) - early check-in and late check-out aligning with our ferry schedules :) I would definitely consider Westin again for my future staycations in Desaru!"
