It was quiet. Bar food good price! I had to order double because portions were small, but well worth it! Hopefully, someday get new gym equipment! But extremely satisfied! Next time in Bangkok, this will the place for me and recommendations!

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

Property was beautiful, staff attentive. Only complaint was prior to arriving ordering a pick up from the hotel was impossible as their payment system was not working and there was no flexibility from the hotels end. They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.
