"If your looking for a camping lifestyle then stay here. We stayed in one of the top level A frames and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. "My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. "The property manager, Ms. Prakong was very proactive in helping. She communicated with us when we would arrive. She checked us in once we arrived and made sure everything in the home was up to standards. She helped us book different outings like kayaking, hiking the Tiger Cave Temple, massages, and transportation to our next area. She was definitely very helpful. The house and pool were very beautiful and nicely kept. I would definitely recommend this place. "

"We had a very nice stay at the resort on Phi Phi. The location is beautiful – peaceful, with an amazing beach and great views. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere around the resort was very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and the surroundings made the whole experience feel very tropical and relaxing. Overall, it was a great place to stay while visiting Phi Phi and we really enjoyed our time there."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. The room had a very strong moldy smell that was impossible to ignore and made it uncomfortable to stay in the room for long periods. For a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star property, this is completely unacceptable. Even more concerning was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower, bathtub, and toilet were visibly dirty and clearly had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard before our arrival. Hygiene is the most basic expectation in any hotel, and certainly in one claiming a 5-star rating. The overall condition of the hotel feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. While this property may have deserved a 5-star rating many years ago, today it unfortunately does not even meet the standards of a typical 2-star hotel. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the cleanliness and maintenance issues urgently, because the current condition does not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertised rating."
