We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was good, and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
The location is convenient and easy to get around. The facilities are generally fine, though some areas could benefit from an upgrade.
Breakfast offered a good variety, with slight changes each day, which was nice. However, having more Western-style options would make it even better. Overall, a good experience and good value for the location.

Wonderful hotel, value for money. Situated near Terminal 21, the hotel provides tuk tuk service daily, to drive you to and from the hotel to the main road, as it is about a 5-7 minute walk. The room we received was very spacious, with full kitchenette and study area. The hotel was very clean and staff were very polite and always helpful.

The staff were kind enough to provide a bike to get around easier, but it was still quite a ways from the beach, and the nearest 7-11 was 1km away. Not too many shops nearby either. The hotel is by the beach, which is why we booked it. The beach itself is not swimmable but that was expected. The problem is that nothing was well maintained.
