Nice Hotel with great view, very clean with very friendly staff. It's great to watch the sunset from your spacious terrace or from the Restaurant at the top of the hill. The hotel has two swimming pools, two restaurants and a tropical garden. From the top of the hill to the privat beach you can use the hotel cable car.
By low tide during the day, swimming in the sea is limited, but one swimming pool is direct on the beach, close to the second restaurant.

The sea view villas are very quiet and private, though the sea view is somewhat blocked by trees, and there is no sand so don't expect a beach view. Still a pretty setting beside the ocean, nice for relaxing. Minimalistic style rooms, well layed out and have everything you need. Excellent service, especially in the restaurant and the breakfasts are delicious and beautifully presented. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend, especially for couples.

We visited with our 2 children aged 2 and 7 months, initially for 1 week.
The rooms are big and well kept, the swimming pool is huge and the added bonus of a children's play area which was air conditioned.
Breakfast was fine, typical of most 4 star hotels in Thailand.
The staff were great and really made our stay memorable; especially Katie, Wanisa, Jenny.
We loved our stay here, so much so we extended for an additional 4 nights.
We look forward to returning in future.

The staff were welcoming and always smiling and polite. We had a room with direct access to the pool which was fantastic and used every morning for a pre breakfast swim. The hotel was immaculate with staff discreetly cleaning and repairing at all points during the day.

We stayed in a room that opened out at the back onto a small terrace which was right on Kai Bai beech. The resort seems to be recently built and everything is very clean and new.
The prices are very reasonable and I would class it as more of a 4 star resort than the specified 3! Generally very happy with everything about this place. The sunsets and baby elephants which are brought to the beach to bath are fantastic.

The owners of this resort are very friendly and offer a great service. They helped out with booking trips, taxis etc. One evening we all went together with other guests in the resort for dinner and was a great night. The breakfasts are also great.
The rooms were clean. Absolutely no insects or bugs during my stay of 7 nights.
Scooters available for rent at the resort which is always handy.
Cant find any issues. Just note this is on the quieter side of the island so more suited to people...
