"I had the Chanian room. What I didn't see when booking is that it is right next to reception and a staff quarters, and not at all like any of the other rooms. That being said, it is a nice room, and cheaper than the others. It is good size, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is peaceful along the river. Nice to sit and relax. Just wish for breakfast they had real coffee and not instant, I mean come on now...."

"No air-con ,lights, or a fan… Power was out in only our room for the entire stay. Nobody was on the property to help us get it back on in a span of 24 hours. Tried to fix it ourselves but the breaker was locked. When we asked for a refund or just some money back for paying 18 USD for a dark room with no airflow and a broken shower…We would have been better off sleeping by the river…that’s no where close to this place…"
