"Best Hotel we stayed at in Thailand. The Italian restaurant was excellent and great breakfast buffet. The concierge Non lined us up a great van to take us to Chiang Mai. I highly recommend staying at this Hotel. Massages were 1/3 off before 3 in a separate spa building. I wish we would have stayed another night. "

"When booked, breakfast was included in description however, not include included on arrival. The grounds need a lot of upkeep to maintain what was once a beautiful property. The restaurants were mostly closed. The spa was closed. The pool was open, but not clean and the bar was closed.There are no amenities in the surrounding area for food or entertainment. The room was nice and clean and comfortable, however very noisy with Neighbours."

"The hotel location is great. It is in a relatively quite area, but centrally located, only a few minutes walk from the night market and bus station. The room and the entire hotel was clean, spacious, and in good condition with a good working A/C. The rate was reasonable. I would definitely stay again."
