This was a beautifully decorated hotel. Unfortunately the same decor didn’t transfer to where our room was located. The room was beautiful but there were cobwebs near the bed shade. Also the bathroom mirror was dirty along with the backside of the door of the bathroom. The staff was friendly but not very accommodating in any menu changes or allowing a late check request of one more hour.

Loved the property a lot and the people themselves. My room was amazing and the hotel made sure to make my birthday special. The morning breakfast was tasty every day and the service was exceptional.

This hotel is not at all as advertised. There is no spa, massages, etc available on the property at all. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold.
