Hello, I would like to say that. When I checked in the front desk, personnel was excellent. They didn't have my room available for me. The first night, but the remaining nights that I spent there, they gave me an upgrade, and everything was perfect. I cannot believe that I had such a wonderful time at this hotel. Housekeeping kept my room immaculate. I went to the spa, and the people in the spa was amazing. Everything it was just excellent 5 stars. I want to say thank you very much. To everyone and I'm coming back for 2 more days around the first week of September. This will be my favorite place to stay while I am in bangkok. I wanna thank you very, very much. See you soon

I had an amazing stay at The Amethyst Hotel! The bed was super comfortable! The WiFi was very reliable the entire time! The A/C blows ice cold all day! The hot water for showering was super reliable and lasted as long as needed it to when I was showering! The rooftop pool was awesome and the fact they have a bar that serves very good mixed drinks made the pool very enjoyable after being out around the town! The location of the hotel was perfect for me. Not super close to the party zones, but still close enough to get there within 5 minutes by taxi or moto. The hotel restaurant serves delicious meals which I ate almost every day during my stay! The staff is always welcoming and hospital whenever I enter or exit the hotel! The area surrounding the hotel is still very lively and you can walk to many shops, restaurants, bars or massage parlors easily. The hotel is also guest friendly which makes meeting new friends and inviting them over for drinks or just to hang out very convenient and stress free! 10/10! Will stay here again when I return to Pattaya!
