An amazing hotel with amazing views and friendly and welcoming staff. Feels like a family home! The bungalow is comfortable and the balcony has stunning views of the mountains. Food is great too. It is like the luxury homestay - it is not cheap but you really get what you pay for. We really enjoyed this place and would highly recommend it.

The location was stunning and the views were breathtaking. Our room was out of this world, with huge floor to ceiling windows we were blessed to wake to the beautiful view every day. Staff were loveky, really helpful and friendly, nothing was too much. There were 3 gorgeous residential cats and a beautiful dog at the property. We were so sad to leave and wished our stay had been longer. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out.

Lovely place to stay in a stunning location. Room was beautiful, main area/dining/reception was like an eco lodge which was really nice and family run, friendly informal place. Food was so good at the restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here!

First of all let me compliment the Staff. The owners were great, nothing was too much bother. They answered every need and such lovely people. The room was clean, serviced and made up every day. The breakfast and other meals you could order were excellent. The views and scenery are stunning. Great location for Trekking. The town is only 15 minutes away in a taxi. Use grab taxis as they are cheaper. You can book tours and trek leaders from the local community. Sapa City is lovely. The hotel...

This was such a stunning location! Beautiful views over the valley, lovely staff and a short grab ride into Sapa. We loved exploring Sapa, then retreating back to this little serene oasis! Would highly recommend

This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We came and the weather was not great and they kept us up to date with the weather at the top of fransipan. They did everything they could to help us enjoy a very wet stay. Food in the evening was delicious along with the breakfast. We left having not been able to visit fransipan. Only to receive a WhatsApp to lets us k ow the weather was better 4 days later. We then came back to visit just for the day and had to come say...
