Clean rooms , staff is good service, anf and very convenient to go everywhere 😀 foods is good..

The laundry was inconvenient. The washer worked fine. The machines work on 10THB, there is no change machine in the laundry room and the front desk was out of coins. Further more the dryer costs more than the washer and it did not dry my clothes at all. Probably the exhaust is completely blocked. I tried to explain it to the front desk but they could just not comprehend what I was talking about. They were concerned that the machine may have taken my money. Technically I put money in the machine and it started spinning. Just not drying even after almost an hour. So i gave up and dried the clothes in my room. The breakfast was OK. The staff seemed annoyed at how many times they had to refill the coffee machine.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location. We loved the cafe downstairs.

Great hotel, elevators can be slow for the photo ops at the top. Great breakfast

The hotel was very well taken care of. Super clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would def recommend staying at this hotel. The hotel food was also very good.
