"Staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. Room was very well equipped - bathrobes, coffee maker, mini fridge, safe and super clean. Convenient free parking and wifi was reliable. Breakfast offered was excellent and it was available until 11am on both days (Sat & Sun)"

"This was a great hotel. We went to the spa and the massage therapists were excellent and the facilities were well maintained. The room was very comfortable, large, quiet and clean. The location is a few minutes by taxi to the main part of Galway or a 25 minute walk. It was not an inconvenience at all. The staff were very friendly. "

"It truly is a small space, but is very cute and efficient in the way it is designed. The staff were extremely friendly and flexible. Since it is located in a busy area, there is some measure of noise that transferred through the walls. Ear plugs were provided, but it is good to be aware of the noise should you be a light sleeper."
