"A truly wonderful find! Quiet, convenient, clean well appointed cottage, with attentive, friendly hosts. Good parking, near enough (by car) to the Mourne Mountains, Murlough, Tyrella and Ballykinler beaches and Newcastle. About a 45 min drive from Belfast. "The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It looked nice in pictures but seemed like cheap IKEA furniture. I would’ve slept on the couch but there were no curtains to block out the sun light in the morning. If you were planning on using the kitchen it had very minimal utensils. I would not have been able to stay past the 2 days. I did enjoy having the 2 bathrooms. "

"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"We arrived much before check in time but were given a room immediately. The room was a very good size, HUGE bed, lots of storage space, good size bathroom with shower and bath. Slightly inadequate lighting in the bedroom. Plenty of choice for breakfast however the sausages didn't seem top quality for the Hilton but the scrambled egg is gorgeous. Excellent location next to the river, quiet/no noise on a night and 10 minutes walk into the centre."
