"I had a very comfortable stay, the room was excellent and well maintained and above all else it was clean and tidy. I had a very good sleep and I have no complaints. If I was to visit again tomorrow would definitely stay here again as the price was value for money."

"Nice breakfast. Quick check in. Need a choice of softer pillows. No bottled water. Need decaffeinated tea choices. Room warm and windows did not appear to open; there was a fan. Great location next to bus and train station. Restaurant was very good"

"The hotel is a well preserved slice of history. A landmark in its own right. The restaurant and bar area are recommended. If you’re driving by car take note that there is a long stretch of curb space reserved for buses, not cars and it is blocked off with cones. This makes accessing the hotel difficult and a member of the front desk staff was not pleased that I moved a cone to pull up and unload. During my stay (2 nights) I didn’t see a single bus but was told one had been there. Highly recommend the hotel rethink this. I would not book again based on this major inconvenience."
