"Book the stay, called to arrange a taxi to the hotel. Told the lady we were arrive late because of flight cancellation and she said to call 3 taxi services the day of travel. No taxis are working at 8:30 pm on the coast. So there was no way to make it to the hotel and we couldn’t get a refund. Disappointing and frustrating. The lady should have informed us of the area and how taxi’s don’t run late, I could have cancelled and gotten my money back earlier. Paid for a stay I could never arrive at."
