Good value for money as well Breakfast very nice The hydrotherapy area is quite old and could do with a spruce up Tiles missing Some spa buttons not working Bright bright lights as well"

"This is an older Hotel with a nice charm and history to it. Its in a great location. Great safe, free parking on street outside. Staff are excellent, responsive, friendly and take iniative to help you have a good experience. Lift is small and access into the hotel for wheel chair or childs buggy is difficult/ almost impossible...big steps at entrance & no ramp.This is a weak point. Food in hotel is good. Good chef. Water in showerwas not constant hot, would move to just warm quickly. But overall we enjoyed our stay. I think their staff is their biggest assesst. I had my 10mth old baby with me and they were so helpful"
