"Is there a level above excellent? the staff were the nicest people one could meet and the home style cooking was made with love if you are going to be in Cavan do yourself a favour and book The Farnham Arms hotel- it’s simple and honest and totally authentic - I felt that I was Irish for a day Great job and good luck to the whole team"

"The Bush Hotel is a delightful old-world gem, perfectly situated in the heart of town with the added benefit of a spacious car park. Stepping inside feels like taking a gentle step back in time, with the walls adorned with fascinating memorabilia, historic photographs, and an array of ornaments and furnishings from the past that beautifully reflect the hotel’s rich heritage. Our room was generously sized, spotless, and offered wonderfully comfortable beds for a restful night’s sleep. The only tiny drawback was the lack of hooks in the bathroom, but this was hardly an issue. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection that also catered thoughtfully for vegetarians. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the staff—warm, professional, and unfailingly courteous, nothing was ever too much trouble. The Bush Hotel is a place full of character and charm, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it. A well-deserved 10 out of 10."
