"Although I only stayed for one night, I had a wonderful experience. We were able to check-in early and were assigned a cozy, warm room. The hotel is family-run, and the staff were all sweet, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was great too! One thing to note is that there is no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up to your room if you're staying on the second floor."

"Room was big and bed was comfortable bathroom very nice and both rooms were warm and cosy staff were very friendly and helpful lovely evening meal and breakfast was very tasty with a good choice would stay again no problem "
"Location and provision of Garden Room 723 was excellent with private parking , fenced garden and direct access to garden and a patio with a seat/table (nt season to sit out)
Well equipped room with a full, well equipped kitchen, spacious, beyond our expectation's.
Food in Bar was excellent quality and value, food and overall experience in restaurant was 8/10, due staff experience, order mistakes.
Location great for dog walks in grounds and locally, short walk or drive to town centre, which was thriving and busking, unlike many town centres these days.
Comparing to Crieff hydro, similar quality resort but we now prefer the APH!"
"Lovey resort for families with children, fabulous pool with kind pool attendant & exceptional customer service on reception (young male reception ist) great parking, large lounge area/dining facilities. Great playpark out the back & across the car park was another amusement arcade with large soft play/cafe our daughter loved it. Only downside was the rooms were a bit tired, lacked attention to detail you would expect from a Scottish Highland Hotel. Other than that we had a great stay"
"Perfect location. Very friendly staff. Able to check in an hour early, upgraded room. Room spotless, comfy beds, windows that open, linens and towels whiter than white.
A very good stay."
"Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch.
The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we were greeted by Arthur the Concierge, he was so lovely, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the Castle and surrounding areas. His colleague Mike was also lovely & very helpful. The reception staff were equally lovely and we were welcomed with a very nice wee dram of whiskey which went down well.
The food in the restaurant was delicious, we didn’t have one complaint.
We used the Spa facilities and the staff there were also first class just a shame the cleanliness in the showers and spa bath weren’t.
"
"Lovely hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were excellent and the bar area was a great place to unwind in after a long day. The breakfast was superb. Highly recommended. "
