Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome, and they even opened the door for us. The check-in process was incredibly smooth. When we entered our room, everything was prepared, including the air conditioning, which was a relief given the heat outside. Our parking spot was conveniently located next to our room, making parking very easy. We particularly appreciated the proximity of the Thai takeaway restaurant; after a long day of driving, the food was absolutely sublime. Checking out was also effortless, as we simply needed to drop the key in the designated box and leave. Finally, regarding communication, when we accidentally left something behind, we messaged the property through the Wotif app and promptly received a reply, informing us to collect the items at reception. This demonstrates their amazing service, even after check-out."
