Overall a fantastic stay at a sleek, new, business-focused property in an excellent location. The hotel is very clean and up-to-date throughout. A couple of small practicalities to keep in mind when packing: there are no USB charging outlets in the rooms, so you'll need a standard wall plug adapter, and conditioner is not included with the toiletries.

Magical location, really romantic and serene. We stayed at the castle which was a great and unique experience. We had a little issue with the toilet seat and the room was a bit small but I guess this was part of the charm of the place. Staff were really nice and friendly especially the somellier, yet some of them were very young and clearly needed some additional training. However, breakfast was nice and wine and rakish were divine. Place has so much charm and is really really unique.

It is spacious and new, good quiet location with plenty to do inside.

The hotel is in very good condition with a very harmonious environment. The access road may look authentic original, but my car for sure didn't appreciated. The staff was friendly, with no staff speaking English in the restaurant, but at least they had the menu available in English language. The food was good, with a nice presentation too. For a short stay, the options in the menu are sufficient, but for who is intending to spend longer period... they may need to consider other places to eat...

Хотелът е на добро ниво лаго обслужване, СПА зоната е отлична, услугите й също. Навсякъде е чисто, включително и басейните. Ресторантът е също на много добро ниво. Трябва да се обнови мебелировката в стаите и да се предостави повече комфорт, матраците също за смяна.

Good hotel by the lake, clean & large room, but with no balcony; wonderful view over the park; small swimming pool; saunas were not working; good breakfast; kind staff; free wi-fi & easy parking;
