"Room service was hit and miss. One day the room wasn’t touched. The next we had to request it. Another they cleaned it but left no towels or toilet paper. The incudes breakfast was very very good, no complaints there. Staff are very friendly regardless of room service issues"

"the unit I was in had plenty of mosquitoes and roaches, it was not comfortable, I reached out to property owner, asked for a bug spray, and pretty much used up the whole can the whole time I was there. headboard was dirty and leaks in the bathroom."
