Overall the hotel was easy to find, set in a quaint little town, beautifully presented from the outside. Our room was great, clean and tidy and worked for us as a family. The swimming pool and spa was excellent and easy to access. Would should have pre booked dinner before arrival, the restaurant in the hotel was lovely, food excellent but we couldn’t get a table until really late in the evening, which was not ideal with two children. We’d been driving all day so did not want venture back out and no other immediate choices for food. When we did get dinner we thoroughly enjoy it however, once we got seated. There was a bar facility out the hotel building, next door, we bought one drink at 6pm and with all of the outside seating taken with customers, they closed up and that was it, no more bar….this left us with a long wait between then and dinner. Plenty of parking and very helpful front desk staff. We had a good stay.

Great ski stopover
Good ski stop. Lovely whirlpool, sauna, steam and pool. Friendly staff and good food for evening meal and good range of breakfast items. Scramble seemed a little processed but that’s all I’d ‘knock’. Parking availability was slightly tight, arriving mid evening.

The property is really nice with a nice and quiet atmosphere. The staff is super attentive and made our stay very enjoyable. The only negative was the stairs on the suite which are not easy when you need to carry luggage. Otherwise, a 10 out of 10 and a number 1 choice is we are in the area again.

Amazing place. The hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Spacious room and very comfy beds. The breakfasts buffet is a big plus, with freshly baked baguettes and madeleines!

Staff very friendly and helpful, asked for a quiet room in the annex and got exactly that , parking both on road outside the hotel , and in the two car park attached to the hotel and annex felt safe . Only a slight inconvenience walking across the road from the annex to the hotel for restaurant and pool but I knew before I booked the annex and it was my choice so not a problem it was easy enough. Slight niggle that internet was not very strong at times but overall a truly enjoyable relaxing stay and I will definitely be back

Nice halfway point for trips to France from DK. Very friendly staff, comfortable beds. Breakfast a bit different due to corona, but well organised.

On est arrivé et on a mit dans une chambre juste à côté de la réception. Donc déjà on entendait absolument tout ce qu’il se passait à l’entrée comme si on était 10 dans la chambre. INSUPPORTABLE ! On a demandé à changer de chambre car tous les matins on était réveillé par les nouveaux arrivants on aurait dit une colonie de vacances. Ensuite, Le service de nettoyage ne change pas les draps, il fait juste notre lit. Inutile. Le dernier soir on a essayé de prolonger le séjour car j’avais des rdv dans la journée et on doit quitter l’hôtel à midi. Apparemment l’hôtel était complet ( bizarrement on voyait personne mais bon ). La femme m’a rigolé d’un air hautain au téléphone en me faisant comprendre que je devais quitté l’hôtel c’est tout et c’est comme ça. Forcément elle s’est attaqué à la mauvaise personne, j’ai donc déconseillé cette hôtel à ma communauté ( 1/2 milion de personnes ). Plus JAMAIS ! Fuyez cette hôtel c’est un conseil, ils ne respectent pas leur clients.

Malheureusement pour la dernière nuitée demandée, nous n’avions pas de solution à vous proposer, notre établissement affichant complet. Notre équipe se rend la plus disponible possible pour répondre à vos attentes et vos besoins et ceux tout au long de votre séjour. Sachez que votre satisfaction est notre priorité. Nous sommes en cours de labélisation « Clé Verte », label de tourisme durable, engagé dans une démarche environnementale continue et dynamique pour des vacances plus vertes et des voyages écologiques. C’est la raison pour laquelle les draps sont changés tous les 3 jours et les serviettes selon la volonté du client. Nous profitons de cette occasion pour nous excuser du manque d’eau avant votre départ. Malheureusement, plus de 3 villes ont été touché par une panne au niveau du château d’eau. Comfortable hotel, easy access to motorway network whilst being in a village like setting Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel is managing extremely well with covid. Evening meal ( hot) and breakfast (Extensive and delicious) was available as very efficient room service which the staff have gone abive and beyond to provide The room was extremely comfortable and I had a really good nights sleep The only slight problem was a slightly weak WiFi at peak times ( The hotel was quite full) not really a problem More a niggle. I will definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone Again, the staff are a credit to the Hotel

A convenient stopover on the way north
A very convenient stop over near Mulhouse. Just a few minutes from the main road north from Basel to Strasbourg. Small but inviting swimming pool. Also near a fuel station (3 mins) Very good restaurant.

Always a good welcome!
One night only, but have stayed before. Room in the annexe was clean and comfortable. Breakfast which was included, was a plentiful buffet. Our dinner in the evening was very good and our waitress, Christel, was excellent - helpful, quick and a great smile! Thank you, Christel. The area around the hotel is quiet, but there are some lovely little villages to visit and great food and wine tastings! Kaysersberg is particularly pretty!

As always the staff are friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately there was no running water in the morning. Not great when a shower was needed. We were told they were cut off due to a rain storm, but no alternative option was given.

My wife and I travel by road between UK and Italy so need a hotel as a stopover in the Mulhouse area. Have tried Roi Soléi, Ibis and Golden Tulip. Best Western had best bed and pillows so had a great night's sleep which is what really counts when travelling. BW now no:1 on our list when we next travel. The restaurant looked good, too but we had been lured to the dark side (MacDonalds) before we got to the Au Cheval Blanc. Reception spoke English and very helpful with getting connected to WiFi (which was quite speedy)

Large hotel. Was gave a nice room at the front, but asked if they had one at the back where it was quieter, so they put is in the smallest room they could find. The bathroom was so small that any one larger than a size 12 would have to grease themselves to get on and off the toilet. Pity as the hotel was empty. Restaurant was nice, service was slower than could be expected for only being 20% occupied. Food was fine when it arrived.

Very cosy
Very cosy place in a calm village, I loved it, went there after a long day at work, very warm welcome from the staff at reception , could relax in the pool and sauna, and enjoyed a fine diner afterwards ,all in the same location, perfect for business travellers . Plus to me this hotel has a lot of charm it is different from all these lookalikes chain hotels I am used to, this one makes me feel comfy and homy. will definitely go back.

Great stay...used the pool and the restaurant. Excellent cuisine as always. Location isolated but pretty - residential and nothing else, but good for Mulhouse and Colmar visits. Staff very considerate. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful and nice, thank you very much for the stay! The room was too small to fit 2 people and 3 pieces of lagguage, literally it was just a bed there. Thankfully, we were able to exchange it for a bigger one. Indeed, in the new room the conditioner was leaking and the locker did not work.

Overnight with relax!
Lovely hotel in a pretty village. We only stayed one night in the annexe, but the room, although small, was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the meal in the restaurant was good. There is a small pool with sauna, Hamam and jacuzzi in the basement, which was good after a long drive from the UK! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Characterful but isolated on foot
We stayed here for three nights, having chosen it on the basis of having a pool, wifi and being close to Mulhouse. Our room was OK, but in the roof space on the third floor, we didn't have a stand up shower as the roof was too low. I made use of the showers in the leisure centre so wasn't the end of the world! I couldn't stand up at one side of the bed either, and we had a tiny window really high up. The bed was comfy, minibar stocked and all very clean. We could hear all the planes approaching Basel airport, but not loud enough to disturb us. WIFI was ok once connected, but you had to keep re-entering the password... The leisure centre was clean, but the pool was rather small, and on the cool side - OK for a fast swim but not for chilling out. It was 6 - 7 strokes from one end to the other, but I kept turning around to get a decent swim! The hotel had a large and popular restaurant, but we thought the menu was too limited. My partner doesn't eat red meat, which left nothing to choose! As there's nothing else in walking distance, we drove to a few places - there are plenty of restaurants 3 - 4 miles away. There's a lovely bakery just along the road, which we went to each day for fresh breakfast pastries... Hotel has a good car park, is located in a pretty village, and has some character you don't get in modern hotels.

Stayed here for one night as a stop off on the way to Tuscany. Would happily stay again as had a great nights sleep, helped by the comfiest mattress and quality bedsheets.
