"I stayed at The Oberoi, Mauritius recently, and while the housekeeping was excellent, several issues affected my overall experience. Before my arrival, I had clearly communicated my preferred title as “Ms” during pre-arrival correspondence. Despite this, I was addressed as “Mrs” upon check-in and in printed materials.
