Front desk NEVER picks up the phone and they also nickel and dime you for every little thing such as shower caps and toothbrushes.

Great location
The hotel is outside city center but well-connected with Metro and bus. There are restaurants and cafes around. Very convenient. Cleanliness needs to be proved. will stay again.

Good hotel but a bit far from the city centre.
Hotel is quite far from the city centre but close to the metro station. Staff is extremely friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was also very good.

4 nights, great stay a bit out of the center Nizami Street, however bolt/uber are very cost effective, so the location is no problem. Breakfast adequate to set you up for the day. Plenty of bars and restaurants within in 10 minutes walking distance.

Janelas dos quartos trancadas
O quarto do hotel tinha uma janela trancada com visto para o pátio interior do hotel. É como se não estivesse sequer num hotel, é uma prisão, claustrofóbica, capaz de proporcionar uma crise de ansiedade a qualquer um. Só após muitas tentativas frustradas consegui que alguém viesse destrancar a janela. Se reservar este hotel, tenham em atenção que o mesmo lhe pode acontecer. Tive de pagar metade de uma diária à chegada para poder entrar no quarto às 09:00 isto após ter de esperar no bar / restaurante do hotel das 05:00 às 09:00. Os funcionários, que finalizaram e começaram os turnos da noite e manhã respetivamente, não trocaram informações. Tem atmosfera de hostel, onde tudo são extras pagos à parte. O hotel fica na parte leste da cidade de Baku e não é tão central como aparente ser.

A good choice if you are not looking for luxury
Disposable slippers were not provided at the hotel. That's a minus. Breakfast is good but payment for it was more than it deserved. There was no self service coffee - tea boiler and material in the room. Plusses are: Hotel staff were very helpful and with a smile. Rooms, bed, shower and hotel interiors were very clean (that you may not see at a 5 star hotel). Pricing for accommodation was competitive I do not complain about it but it could have been a little lower to be really customer friendly. Location was ok.
