Excellent location for all the attractions. Spotlessly clean. Staff cant do enough for you. We started our day with the excellent breakfast menu. Special thanks go to Shahin & Yunis and Zaur in reception, Maga, Roma, Samir in the Besh. To be honest everyone we met on the teams were just so helpful. Cant recommend the Courtyard enough.

Love this hotel!
the front desk staff is very warm and helpful - i felt they were my friends. the rooms are clean and comfortable. the bathroom is spotless. the price is good value for money, in my opinion. the location is very convenient. just a short walk from old town/nizami street/the boulevard. i have stayed at this hotel twice, and when in baku, this would be my preference again.

Hidden charges, unfriendly staff at all. Too much noise coming from construction within the hotel with no previous note or apologies from the hotel manager. They need an urgent course on how to run a hotel and respect their guest. Look away from this hotel, so many better hotel around

Had an excellence stay at this hotel. 5 🌟 service from the moment I walked in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Yunis the asst. Manager was extremely helpful when I needed to extend my stay. I highly suggest to stay here. The location is extremely convenient as well as its a walkable distance from the main market square.

A great location very friendly staff a great bar and restaurant . Everything at this hotel is as brilliant as I expected. Customer service was top . Perfect for a short stay in Baku
The hotel was in a perfect location to explore Baku city by foot. Tourist areas were no more than 15mins walk away. Rooms were very big, clean and extremely comfortable. Husseyn at the concierge was always on hand and extremely helpful when providing us with places that we need to visit. It was a pleasure interacting with him

İt is a wonderful hotel however the breakfast can be better (freshly cooked crossants, freshly squeezed orange juice,…) and, spa facilities needed for such an hotel. Otherwise great place to stay and very friendly and helpful front desk staff and restaurant staff.

Очень хороший отель в центре города рядом с парком Физули. До популярных туристических локаций можно дойти от него за 15-20 минут разными маршрутами. В отеле отличный персонал. Особенно хочу похвалить Ису, который каждый раз, когда я и мои коллеги тут останавливаемся супер клиентоориентированный и помогает с любыми просьбами. Иса, если читаете - большое Вам спасибо!)) За завтраки поставлю четвёрку, потому что над закупкой овощей можно поработать, в остальном все вкусно (кофе, омлеты, шведский стол, десерты и тд.). Ремонт новый и очень стильный, номерной фонд разный, в приоритете всегда конечно же номера с балконами:) P.S. По соотношению цены-качества - лучший мариотт в городе) Спасибо всем кто делает его таким!

How A Holel Should Be
An excellent example of what a hotel shoud be. New, well-designed and comfortable, it demonstartes the wisdom of choosing a hotel from a successful international chain, especially in a country where "service" is often Soviet-style, few people speak English (even in the service sector) and 'backsheesh" is often demanded. Full marks to the staff: smart, efficient, friendly and English-speaking. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Underwhelmed. Still couldn't believe this belongs to a Marriott chain as the service was below average on a number of occacions 1. A big 4 star hotel that doesn't have anyone to take your luggage down from the room after checkout... and if they do they will consider it as doing you a favor 2. Unprofessional staff at the reception who have zero hospitality experience First incident: My wife was tired and couldn't have breakfast in the restaurant so I asked if I can have someone bring up food to her. They told me I have to do it myself as there is no one available to send up the food to her! Second incident I asked one of the waiters during breakfast time for bottles of water to take my room as we were leaving. He wanted to charge them on to me. Then when I asked how come if I get complimentary water to the room everyday he said then you need to ask the room service for them! A technical comment (I doubt Management would understand it but no harm in mentioning it) The superior room during booking mentions it can take up to 2 adults and 2 children. How come one king size bed can accommodate them all? If this is the case then they should not charge for an extra bed, or at least the room should have a couch, or finally simply at least just mention can take up to 2 adults. That I consider as misinformation. If they are that understaffed, I recommend to close this hotel branch until further notice!
