Top Bakken's Pond State Natural Area Hotel Reviews
Don Q Inn
10/10 Excellent
"I really loved staying here! The plane out front was a huge surprise, as well as all the barber chairs in the lobby. The room was dated, but clean and comfortable. If you are tired of a boring chain hotel, give this hotel a try!"
"Did not like the bathroom - toilet was child-size (low to the floor) making it difficult for tall person to use. Seat was loose and should be tighten.
Parking lot was tight and easy to back into another vehicle if not paying attention.
The staff was nice, breakfast good. Bathrooms just needed updating."
"On the surface, a very good hotel, but dig a lil deeper and be less-than-satisfied.
Food was very good. New building, and that's always nice.
But staff were dull, hardly friendly, and uninspired. We noted a specific cleaning issue in the stairwell (saw the saem "dirt" 2 days in a row), shared with 2 staff at the front desk, and received an excuse about staffing. Upon check-in, desk clerk did not even say hello. Simple, but REALLY important, especially with all the DIY service setups these days."
"Front desk staff were very helpful on several occasions during our stay. One time we needed to buy laundry detergent. Another time we needed a fork for something we had to eat. There are walking trails from the hotel in several directions. There are restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay at this Ramada Hotel again."
"What started out as a double booking error, we had a good time, although didn't get to partake of the Waterpark this visit. Staff did a great job of making a mishap into a nice quiet and restful couple days stay! Good breakfast although would have like varied egg choice(perhaps scrambled) as sausage and egg sandwich options. All around, a 4 outta 5!"
