Cons: fair amount of litter on the premises and some homeless/sketchy folk hanging around. Pool was empty. Dumpster was overfilled, with more trash bags next to it. My room's TV had just been installed and was not set up so no TV. Some road noise. Pros: office people were nice. Decent pressure and good temp control in the shower. Everything in the room appeared to be new. Near plenty of places to eat.

AWFUL room didn’t have power near bed for husbands sleep machine we asked for different room next morning. No phone no tv no fridge no microwave no garbage can no shampoo no hair dryer. Grounds were filthy. I can share pictures. The wing we were in probably had people who were living there with family and dog. A disgusting place that should not be a part of any hotel affiliation organization. I’m am scarred by the fact that we could even see under the outer door to outside Wasn’t able to return room key to front desk due to it being locked. Left key in the room. Almost cry thinking of this awful three nights we stayed there. Many mice trap’s around the grounds. Only good thing was the IHOP across the road. Truly a disaster of a building which should be bull dozed over because there is nothing to be done to it to resurrect it to be a good hotel. The credibility of Expedia allowing this to be part of their options to be listed really raises many red flags. If we could have found another hotel nearby we would have moved there.

The people working there were nice and helpful but, everything else was really bad. roaches in room, many parts of the place is run down needing repair. Junk cars in parking lot, sink basin was actually broken, tub was damaged. If I did not arrive late and had no other choices, I would not have stayed there. Have stayed there before some years ago and do not remember it this bad. the place really needs work. sorry but, it was a bad experience and I could not recommend staying there. ghetto like. I would hope it gets cleaned up and maintained because it is in a good location.

Tweeker Central, hookers, drug deals and low income families on premiss, I did not feel safe and I would not offer on website. I would pay the extra $30 for a better hotel

This place is filthy, with drug users as tenants. my room had obvious signs of crack use and was seriously bad smelling. I checked in near midnight after traveling for 39 hours, without sleep, so I slept 4 hours. sheets, pillow cases and towels were clean, but pillows and bedspread were gross, with crack residue obviously apparent. Refrigerator and micro were inoperable, TV did not work. I have lived in 6 countries, traveled the world and this was the worst room I have seen by far.
