"We arrived to check-in at 3 but were told our room was not available because they only had two people cleaning the over 100 rooms. We waited about 15 minutes before the room was available. The room was clean, it could use new curtains, updated look but it was fine. We were on the first floor and could hear the guests right above us jumping and running in the middle of the night - we called the front desk and it was taken care of quickly. We went to the restaurant for breakfast the next morning and realized it was sit down breakfast. They had menus on the tables with our food options, which was fine. We soon realized there was only one server for the very full restaurant. She was very apologetic and we were being patient. It was busy and it seemed like she she couldn’t catch a break. There were two men who kept walking around and into the back rooms. I wish they would have stepped up and helped her because she was overwhelmed. A shortage of staff means customers will be helped less efficiently. It is not the fault of the employees there but management should really step up and assist when needed."

"Nice room. Was informed that they recently started charging $10 a day for parking. I’ve stayed at 4 other hotels in the same area and never been charged for parking. The cable was out, so no TV for the 3 days. Because I asked, they said they would comp me Breakfast my last day. Good thing I checked my charges before I left. Breakfast was on my bill. Also was charged a little more than Hotels.com said. Was told it was a city tax. That is supposed to be included in quoted price. Was not happy!"

"We booked a suite, looking for extra space and relaxation. Unfortunately, it was located across from the laundry facilities where there was constant noise…major noise during the day, starting up again at 3:00 AM. Also, our room had the oddest feature, a window from the bathroom into the bedroom. It was covered with a tinfoil looking substance which was supposed to make it a one way window. Unfortunately, the tinfoil did not work so there was no privacy in the bathroom. The hotel has potential. However, we have recommended to friends that they avoid it and we won’t stay there again. "
