"beach is nice. has sand which not all do. well kept. rooms nice. mine was on the beach, slight upcharge but worth it. breakfast is simple but good. 4 kinds of fresh muffins cooked on site and 2 kinds of egg frittatas. I recommend this hotel. "

"It is a nice location close to some good restaurants and the staff were friendly. The issue was the condition of the room. The door had a three-quarter to 1 inch gap underneath of it. The bathroom, which was ADA friendly, had a bench in the shower that folded down, but there was no latch to keep it up and out of the way. There was almost no water pressure in the shower despite the faucet having good pressure as well as a lightbulb out in the bathroom. The whole time we were there, we were thinking that the sounds from outside were unusually loud for having the windows closed and blinds drawn and on her last day there, I walked in front of those windows from outside and realize that the windows themselves were out of the tracks they ride in and cocked sideways so they were partially open. I was also surprised by the 50 something dollar ” resort fee.” when I checked in having already prepaid for my entire stay. "

"Room was covered in bleach when we arrive and the floor were sticky and popping up. The smell of mildew and mold were so potent we ended up getting sick after two nights and had to leave before our check out date due to our symptoms. Told the girl at the front desk and she said a manger would call, never got a call yet. "

"The property is well-kept. Gradens were beautiful. The pool was clean and refreshing- and had some shade! The beach area was nice, sandy, able to swim of the resort shoreline. The room was clean, spacious (unit 16). The staff was really friendly and helpful. The homemade scones each morning (6 flavors to choose from!!) were delicious! Made good use of their free kayaks. Saw dolphins and manatees while kayaking. "
