"Our room flooded from the upstairs I was told I’d be refunded for atleast one night. I was not, it happed at 3 am my birth certificate was ruined as well as my passport. I was transferred down here for work so that’s why we had an extended stay and so much of the important stuff I brought was ruined! ..."

"The site on expedia said it would be all inclusive 10 days..It was not. In addition, only 2 pools and the weirdest thing, no restaurants!,..just 2 bars for 500+ people!.. I guess nobody eats there. Although the staff was very nice, the grounds outside were super cared for, it was not worth the money. ..."
