"Friendly staff. It is obvious that the manager cares a great deal about their reputation, hallways and outside sidewalks looked very clean. Pool area was well kept, just wish the hot tub was warmer and more jets were working. Room was spacious with desk, extra chairs, etc. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. We love a hot breakfast with eggs and meat for starters. This was the only one on this vacation with biscuits and gravy, yum. We also liked the adamant warning about not smoking in rooms or you would be kicked out but it did appear the designated smoking area might be right outside the front door. This is frustrating to those who react to smoke and we really appreciate it when the designated smoking area is not right by the door. Once my husband inhales smoke it triggers all of his sinuses and he usually starts coughing. All in all, we were super pleased to find this hotel and chose it because of the reviews and it lived up to its reputation. Would 100% stay again."

"This was a great value in the area. The hotel itself and the room were exceptionally clean. We had plenty of space for our luggage and to hang our clothes. The separate vanity area allowed a person to shower or use the toilet while the other got ready for the day. Beds were comfortable and seemed new, plenty of pillows. The breakfast was very good and we enjoyed having the coffee station and juice selections. Mini fridge and microwave were great to have. The room was well laid out, had multiple plugs and USB. There are at least 2 water stations to refill your water bottle. We were there for a funeral, and after a long day, we enjoyed the hot tub just before 11 pm and had it to ourselves, which was a nice way to unwind before bed. The pool area was well maintained and cleaned but definitely heavily chlorinated. My only very minor complaint was when we arrived at breakfast, there were no clean tables to sit, so we wiped one off ourselves. Not really a big deal. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay and would choose this hotel if we find ourselves in the area again. To us it seemed like the best option in Anderson!"

"Everything was excellent about our stay other than one particular person working at check in. There were two present. One was engaged with a guest and the other was seated . The person seated made no eye contact as I stood there in front of them. Without looking at me simply said the other person could help me. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Besides that person everyone else was great."

"The staff at the check in desk were courteous and helpful. The appearance of out side of the property was good and the appearance of lobby and Breakfast area was excellent with big screen TV. Overall the ambience was overwhelming from the time you walked in the front door. The room was clean and in good shape. It had a closet space to hang your clothes and Ironing board. The bathroom had Hair dryer and coffee Machine. The room floor had Carpet wall to wall and the bathroom floor the tile was in excellent condition."
