"I think the property in a whole was just as described. I think it is very possible that the property is owned and or operated by devil worshipping people. Satanic music at night with very creepy lights. A big demon above the bar. Sign out front say sigbin house. A guy there asked a girl if she could use her nail a scratch his neck in order to draw blood. We had to lock our door. Super creepy"

"The restaurant staff was great — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The rest of the service felt pretty laid‑back, and getting assistance outside the restaurant wasn’t easy. The place itself is quiet and feels private, which is nice, but the food overall is just average with nothing particularly special. We visited the herb garden and the staff there were friendly and knowledgeable, which was a good experience. The biggest inconvenience is the layout. The check‑in counter is extremely far from the rooms. It’s manageable on arrival, but checking out is a hassle because you have to walk a long distance with your bags. They have a golf cart that could easily help guests get to the port, but it just sits in the garage instead of being used. Other than the few standout staff, the overall experience is just okay."

"They didn’t have daily house cleaning but it was very nice. We could have asked for it and I am sure they would’ve done it but since we only stayed a couple of nights there was no need. The breakfast was good they had a continental breakfast, a Filipino breakfast and an American breakfast all good for the price we paid. When the room we paid for aircon didn’t work they went above and beyond to make it right for us. Very happy for our 2 stays with them and probably will be staying again soon!!"

"Knowing the room is facing the sun and oceanfront they might considering putting an AC because it is super hot, it’s like you’re in an oven. Good for people who wakes up at 5am and leave. "
