"We had two reserved rooms supposed to be right next to each other which they were I had called the morning of just to confirm they told me yes the rooms were there so we get there They didn't have a room for us but they did upgrade both of us to suites But no apologies were given The one lady was kind of rude about it We were expecting to be right next to each other because we were all going to a concert together but unfortunately one of us was on floor one and the other one on the 3rd floor. Was very upset about that We traveled over 3 hours then the bed situation it was nice and soft and comfy until you laid there for more than just a second It dipped down so severely in the middle you couldn't even sleep in there It was terrible So I had gotten absolutely no sleep then we told the hotel staff the same woman as the night before I told her she asked which room number it was it was And she would look into it then my friends that stayed in the other hotel room said that their bed was exactly the same situation so none of us got very good sleep unfortunately and having to drive that far home not a good mix and again she offered no apologies whatsoever She was not friendly at all I would not recommend mistakes happen but nothing was made right for us No apologies no compensation no nothing Just whatever thanks anyway"

"Everything was good except the AC was a little weak for my standards so I found the room a bit stuffy. I normally sleep in a room with 2 windows open for a cross draft as well as a ceiling fan, so take that into consideration. Bed was comfy, TV was large, pool was cold but hot tub was hot. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but what you’d expect "

"Nice Staff. No microwave in the room. Does have a refrigerator. Kinda of noisy, not the hotels fault just people coming in and out all times of the early morning 3AM on with doors shutting. More of a tenant issue. It was ok though for the Des Moines area. "
