"We arrived late and physically tired. I was lining up at front desk for a while without any greetings. (At least giving us eye greetings to acknowledge that someone is waiting for check in or say ‘I will be right back with you , etc). Two front desk staff were helping a group of 4 guests. Eventually I was helped to check in. When in the room, I smelled a strong vinegar in washroom counter top. Until next day morning, the smell was still there! Other than that, I am happy that the hotel is still keeping its standard. Will stay there again when driving to Toronto. Hope not to smell strong vinegar again in the washroom and see front desk staff with more customer services skills!"
