"Casa Marina Resort is located in a beautiful beachfront called Bai Xep. The view is exceptionally beautiful. I was looking foward to a quiet and relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, the neighboring guests were too loud. The service could had been a lot better, it's just offered a poor service for such a nice view. "Rude front desk staff, lizard in room, far from ANYTHING (hard to find driver) pool was broken, could only eat at resort, super hot rooms, entire gym basically broken. Besides front desk worker, staff was nice."

"What an experience . La Costa wasn't just a resort it was like staying at a families house . Staff are very friendly . CHI went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable . She even took me on a food and coffee tour after she got off . I even got to meet the owner of the resort , who is so down to earth and lovely person . The staff took me on a waterfall hike too . Breakfast was amazing . Just everything was 10/10"

"My go to location now"

"Terrible welcoming. Nobody in reception. C/i process in the middle of a coffee shop and the hotel. They didn’t ask for booking names. They didn’t know how many nights we stay. Room dirty with only 2 tiny towels for 2 pax. Walls completely dirty. No complementary water as usual in Vietnam. A tiny bottle of warm water in the coffee for 10k vnd. Noisy room difficult to sleep due every time a truck pass near the hotel, the bed moved. No daily housekeeping as they advertise. After 2 days we have to...
