"Hi to whom it may concern. Overall my stay was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful. As i was told that the hotel was recently opened and was expecting it to be very clean but that wasn't the case. The flour was really dirty, mould on walls etc. So can do with cleaning the room before the guests ..."
