"I loved the staff and our excellent sea view! I loved the treats sent to our room twice and the fresh water daily ! The only problem was that there was no Shabbat food and that made it hard for us! I really loved Ariel and Shaun! The lady who cleaned did a great job!"

"this hotel is one of the nicer hotel in Netanya . The location was ideal and it was walking distance to the promenade. It would’ve been nice if the hotel had a pool but otherwise it was great. The breakfast buffet was really nice and offered many options. We will definitely come back to this hotel. As a side note, I’ve stayed in about 10 different hotels in Netanya in the past, and this is the only one I would go back to"

"The staff were extremely helpful and responsive. When there was a need for something, they jumped on it immediately. I had an issue with the hot water on my initial room. They immediately addressed it. I also very much enjoyed the breakfast. It was more than ample. Yehoshua The general manager also went out of his way to help in anyway that he could it was very concerned that my stay was a good one. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area."

"Location is great, and prices aren't bad for a beachfront hotel. The secret sauce at Herbert Samuels Okeanos wasn't that everything was perfect. It's that when it was confusing or not perfect, staff always had an answer and an immediate fix. The breakfast is sensational."
