Pros:
We stayed 4 nights in this hotel.we were a group 5 (plus 1) . It is located away from traffic and noise of the city, which is good.
It is a walking distance to the Mansion.
It is quiet here and we feel secured.
Affordable place to stay.
Cons:
First, we were placed at the very bottom of the hotel which is uncomfortable for our 2 elderly parents, we already told them ahead of time that we have 2 senior citizens but still they put us there. We ask them to change our room and they did right away after we complained and insisted.
We were also misinformed about the price of the extra mattress when a brother visited us and stayed with for 2 nights..only learned of it when we were checking out.
what i dont like is the noisy if someone walk in the hallway specialy on room 20 when the guest close the door surely you will wake up but others are ok the staff the food very cheap i will recomend and come back

Mosquitoes inside the rooms; no room darker drapes on windows; shower and faucet have no hot and cold mix; toilet does not flush efficiently; but the food in the restaurant is much better.

the property needs some renovation, resto is ok, staffs are helpful. I was hoping the place is more accessible for clients that has disability. MY husband can no longer climb up and down the stairs, have to ask favour from the male staffs or guard to carry him down/up the stairs.

The staff were friendy and accommodating. The only problem was the bed. I woke up with several bed bug bites and I saw a baby cockroach roaming from one bed to another.

Good but could have been better for a 3-star hotel
We booked for the stay requesting 4 twin beds and that we were 5 adults. What we got are 4 single beds and they are even charging us for the additional person when we tried requesting for another pillow. What's the sense of booking it online with the said requests if the hotel will not follow it? Also, the wifi doesn't reach all areas of the hotel.

staff are warm and hospitable its just the term hotel doesnt fit transient billet best describes the place. maybe before accepting and endorsing maybe your staff make occular to
make sure of the quality of hotels/ inn you endorse
The room is nice the staff are very comodating the only problem is the wifi second the court place if your room near on basketball court you cant sleep well specialy if there someone play on.also the family room very annoying the step if someone walking you hear the footstep out side but all is well thank you
This hotel is an event spoiler... shower heater did not work so we had to take cold showers in November when the weather is cold at night in Baguio. Wifi did not work in the room. Breakfast servers were rude and unaccommodating. There are no wall outlets other than the two that were being used by the TV so we couldn't recharge our laptops. Room is bare knuckles military barracks style not worth even the cheapest price.
it took me more than 30 mins before my 3 cups of plain rice to be served. happened not just once but twice. My hot water and cold water request takes the same odd. and the hardest part here is they dont have intercom to follow up your order or request. You need to go upstairs 2 level up because their room was located underground. They should have atleast on strategic location of intercom for every floor. I was wondering how the elders manage to come upstairs when you only need to follow their 30 mins room service.
Will recommend to friends, such a lovely place to stay in Baguio 😊

Quiet place :)
If you are into a budget hotel, you can consider Villa Silvina.
Staffs are amazing... the place is quiet... strategic location if you are considering going to Camp John Hay, Mansion, Wright Park, Botanical Garden, and Mines View Park.

Over all rating is good.
First hour of arrival not good for when i reach the hotel, they told me that i cancelled my booking which i didn't do. I know the problems come from Hotels.Com. which i book a family room of 10 and pay in full for 2 days of stay. Supervisor arrived and offer me a conference room to stay for the first night for no room was available on that date and promise to transfer on the family room i book on the 2nd day. Conference room is like an old stock room where bunk beds and others things/stocks are there and have clogged and flooding shower room and not comfortable to stay, i try to ask for the other room for my kids and my friend uncomfortably sleep but no room was vacant. 2nd night of stay was good because we are transfer for a family room which i originally book. All staffs are good and patiently assist us on our needs, Family room is good too.
