Worth it!
It was definitely worth what you pay for! Their higher rooms with balconies offer the best views and comfort!! The service was great. Ample parking space. Super great location, easily accessible with plenty of options for your needs.

I like the location of this hotel it is walking distance from the park. When we checked in the staff is friendly and helpful. But the things that I don’t like is our breakfast experience the service staff is just standing while our table has a pile of empty plates. We ate dinner in the restaurant as well and we waited for 10mins before they acknowledged us and he forgot our drinks to go with my steak. Lastly is the room service which they never refill our shampoo and soap. Overall it is interesting experience.

Venus Parkview good experience
It was an amazing experience. We took a lot of photos in the lobby area. The food served for breakfast was delicious! I had fun with my family. We had to pay 200 pesos per hour since we checked out after 12 noon.

Good place, Ideal location
Hotel and our room Location is excellent. Service is very good. Room is very ordinary considering it is a Superior room lacking basics in amenities like trash bins, foot towels (though they provided on our second day), no bidet in toilet, complimentary bottled water was only 2 when I paid for a quadruple superior room for 4 persons. Breakfast is ok, nothing special but on peak season they easily get packed but they act fast enough to improve to situation. Overall, still recommended due to location walking distance to Burnham Park. just dont expect to much of your room.

Horrible experience. The room bathroom smelled disgusting the moment we walked in. The mattresses were far too firm and the springs dug into our backs. The pillows felt like rocks. The staff had to be called for everything (hair dryer, extra towels, toilet paper, etc.). The included breakfast buffet had a small selection of food and most of the time it was out of food. There were dirty dishes everywhere and they used some sort of military looking plastic gas jug containers for serving drinking water and juice. Hated everything about this hotel.

With regards to your bathroom concern, we have taken this matter seriously and made sure that the department concerned has been informed to address this. We are implementing stricter measures to ensure that incidents like this do not happen again. As for the Mattresses being too firm and our pillow felt like rocks, please be informed that this is the first complaint we have encountered regarding this. We make sure that these essentials for relaxation are of good quality and we have standards in place to ensure comfort. We also dispose of mattresses once they are declared not comfortable anymore. Items in your room are in line with the number of declared occupants. Thus, our staff are always ready to assist should there be a need to provide more. Our Buffet Breakfast inclusion has a price of PHP 299.00 per head. This includes a complete course (Rice, Pork, Chicken, Vegetables), a salad bar, waffle station, egg and omelet station, cereal station, fruit selection, dessert station. This also includes coffee and juice. This is unlimited from 6:00 a.m. up until 10:00 a.m. The Hotel is known for its sumptuous Buffet Breakfast thus explaining why we have a lot of dirty dishes due to a lot of guests. Once you book for a room, a breakfast buffet is an inclusion. We were on full occupancy during your stay as well. Thank you for raising your concern regarding the military looking plastic jug containers. These are Cambro and are insulated Beverage dispensers that maintains the temperature of our drinks that is part of our Breakfast buffet. We are going to raise to the management for a replacement. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has put you through. We hope that we can still convince you to change your mind about coming back to the hotel in the future to give us a chance to be of better service to you. Disappointing and Overpriced
Other reviewers have indicated that the room they they booked was not the room the got when they checked in. ME TOO! I booked a superior room with a balcony. Based on the pictures I saw posted I expected king bed, balcony, updated comfort room (white tile, new vanity...) and updated furnishings. It was very disappointing, not clean and everything in the room had seen better days. Most concerning was the hot water heater in the CR that did not work two of the three mornings I attempted to take a shower. I believe the issue was not enough water flow to the third floor. Additionally, The water heater and the electrical receptacle it was plugged into was located in the shower stall and was not grounded or protected by a ground fault interrupter to protect any one using the shower from electrical shock. There was also an exposed wire above the bed but not as concerning since it is not a wet space and people would be reaching up to grab wires above a bed. The only adequate thing in the bedroom was the mattress which appears to have been replaced in the last 3 years. The buffet get a lot of high marks from other reviewers. It is all you can eat and has a decent variety of foods traditionally available for a Filipino breakfast. None of the items served were especially delicious or even flavorful. It was some of the most boring Filipino food I have ever eaten. I cannot imagine anyone wanting to eat endlessly from that breakfast buffet. Your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.

Was thinking the room has an air conditioner. Very much frustrated since the weather if the vicinity needs an air condition. Requested a roll of bath tissue they were still charging me. The bathroom is not very impressed as I was very much impressed of the lobby decorations. Not enough towels, pillows and toilet kits. I can say the hotel attracts customers by the lobby display not the convenience of the customers. I can say that the hotel cannot be recommended to other customers. I can rate it as number 3 from 1-10 the higihiest.

We were so disappointed when we got to our hotel room, there was an intense smell when we open the door, and the bathroom is old dark and dirty.... I will never stay and recommend this hotel.. about the service thumbs down!!! Sorry to say but that’s the truth...

rooms, buffet, building are great! But at the last few minutes while checking out, the room card key did not work. I was told it is automatically disabled at the checkout time. That is very very very bad!!! That is not putting the customer first. I actually left my phone being charged, stepped out for 5 min. Then I could not get in anymore. I had to wait 15min for the supervisor. If you are promoting your hotel internationally especially to balikbayans like my family, then you need to level up the expectation to North America standards. The room key card should not be disabled. (period)

Nice hotel close to park, good overall
First time to stay in Baguio, this hotel near the park and was good for our needs this trip, room a little cramped and bathroom small but functional, shower too low for 6ft tall guest, break fast room not seperated from function room so on our stay the early start of a conference presentation boomed in but overal acceptable for the price.
