El Doria Hotel
Stayed here multiple times and it was perfect, they just need to keep up with the upkeep and repairs, our sink was half way broken but overall pretty great.

Hotel 2 Fevrier, Lome
I stayed in this hotel during my business trip to Lome and it was overall a good stay since the hotel is in very good location and the rooms are good but the food menu can be much more diverse.
